Postgraduate Course on
“Heritage and Sustainable Tourism”
The UNESCO Chair of Cultural Tourism “Untref/Aamnaba” launched the first edition of its International Postgraduate Program on “Heritage and Sustainable Tourism”, to be held from April to November 2009. The program offers both personal attendance and distance education seminars, directed by Arch. Alfredo Conti, and will include participants from the cities of Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Mendoza, Bahía Blanca, Misiones, Chaco, Neuquén, Santa Cruz, Tandil, La Plata, Fray Bentos, Colonia del Sacramento, Montevideo, Santiago de Chile, Cartagena de Indias, Bogotá, Belgium and Germany.
The seminar is targeted to university graduates from both Argentina and other Latin American countries, and aims at adding value to sustainable tourism focused on the cultural and natural heritage of the region.
Personal attendance seminars were held in the city of Buenos Aires from May 4 to 16, 2009 and included two field work-days, in charge of Arch. Carlos Moreno.
